    Forty-five special Quotarians from around the world have been selected by their club or district to receive the We Share Foundation's 2004 Volunteer of the Year Award. Each club determined its own criteria for nominating an outstanding Quotarian for this special honor: some focused on Quota-related service achievements, while others celebrated a spirit of volunteerism that their winner shared throughout her community.
