    Dr. Gwenn Vancil Johnson
    Quota International of Monroe, LA

A valued member of Quota International of Monroe since 1989, Gwenn Vancil Jackson has held numerous offices, including service treasurer, board member, first vice president, president-elect, president, and parliamentarian. In addition, she has chaired various committees, including Woman of the Year, Speech and Hearing, Membership, Ways and Means, and Budget. Serving as the coordinator/chair of the "Kids Expo," Gwenn, along with Monroe Quota club members, touched the lives of thousands with a community event that was hugely successful as both a fund-raiser and a service project. Funds generated from "Kids Expo" were used to place a permanent exhibit in the Children's Museum called "Pump Down the Volume," which boasts the name of Quota International of Monroe. Gwenn is also recognized as an organizer of Quota International of West Monroe. On the district level, she currently serves as lieutenant governor and previously served as district secretary/treasurer under her twin sister, Past Governor Lynn Hutchinson. Gwenn has also chaired many committees on both the district and international levels. A married mother of two and a practicing OB-GYN, Gwenn was the first female partner in The Woman's Clinic. She also finds time to play clarinet at her church, teach Sunday school, and be an AWANA leader.
