Norma Fleming
Quota International of Condobolin, NSW

Norma Fleming has been a charter member of Quota for 36 years and, in that time, has devoted many years of service to the community of Condobolin. Her service work has included catering for Condobolin Rotoract Club; street stalls; and Deb of the Year balls. She has organized entertainment for various organizations, including Quota Club; Cancer Patient's Assistance Society; Royal Far West Children's Health Scheme; Senior Citizens Club; Condobolin Day Care Centre; and many more. Norma is also a licensed Pastoral Assistant with the Anglican Church. In addition to her church duties, on a volunteer basis Norma visits the sick, elderly, and house-bound and shares communion with them. Currently, Norma is second vice-president of her Quota club and is a member of numerous charitable associations. Norma is devoted to her children and their families and, now that she is retired, is spending the majority of her time helping others in whatever way she can.
