    Quota Court Kids Program

This program was patterned after Quota International of Flint, Michigan's Garbage Bag Kids Program and involves working with the local court system. The program can also be adapted to Department of Social Services or State Youth Protection Agencies as well.

It provides suitcases for children who are removed from their home and parents by protective services. Traditionally, these children are allowed only to take a plastic garbage bag with them when they are taken into state protective custody.

Quota Court Kids Program would provide a suitcase or tote bag for the children, which would include helpful items, such as toiletries, clothing, toys, and books. This would ease the transition for the children and enhance their self-esteem during a very difficult period in their lives.
