    Quota Kids’ Excellence Program

Quota Kids' Excellence Program is designed to recognize excellence in children.

Traditionally, children are recognized for achievements in the classroom or on the athletic field. Often, they are not recognized until they are in their late teen years. The Quota Kids' Excellence Program is a more encompassing recognition program for children ages 10 to 18. Children receive recognition in areas including academics, sports, arts, and other special interest areas and are nominated for excellence by teachers, parents, coaches, or an adult working with the child in a special interest area. The basic principle is to enhance self-esteem and reward commitment.

Local business leaders and corporations support the development of the program and television stations and other media organizations in the area support the marketing efforts. All children receiving a nomination are honored, and the winners in each category receive recognition at a special awards event. Scholarship awards and other prizes would be given in two age categories: 10-14 and 15-18.
