We Share Foundation Intern on
Fast Track to Success

Nicholas Serfass, a senior at the University of Virginia set to graduate next May, provided a delightful presence in the Quota staff office last summer. An excellent writer and researcher, Nicholas completed a tremendous amount of work for our organization during his stay as the We Share Foundation's student intern.

An organized, detail-oriented, resourceful person, Nicholas conducted a complete strategic needs assessment research project for the programs operated by the We Share Foundation. His final report, easily completed with his well-honed computer skills, will be used by Quota leaders and staff to plan improvements and expansions of club services and specific programs, while his other writing and research will be used on the new Web page.

Quota International can be proud to have helped mentor a bright, articulate, hard-working young man on the fast track to success.
