Convention 2001 Delegates Change Name of Fellowship and Service Fund

"We Share Foundation" is now the official, legal name of the Quota International Fellowship and Service Fund. This move will eliminate member and non-member confusion and help us expand internationally on the web. It will also aid in fund-raising efforts with outside corporations and foundations.
