Club-to-Club World Service Program To Be Improved, Expanded

Thanks to the We Share Foundation's International Service Committee, the Foundation's award-winning Club-to-Club World Service Program is about to get even better. Beginning January 1, 2002, committee-recommended improvements will expand the number of participating Club-to-Club projects, increase accountability, improve and streamline administration, and increase international visibility.

Currently, seven Club-to-Club projects operate in four countries: the Philippines, Fiji, India, and Suriname. (Click here for more information on each project.) These projects will be extended through December 31, 2001, at which time the new Club-to-Club World Service Program will begin.

The We Share Foundation Board of Trustees will approve 2002 Club-to-Club World Service projects at their mid-term meeting in November. Approved projects will be announced on the We Share Foundation Home Page. In addition, clubs will receive information on all new projects with their 2002 membership dues statement mailed in December.
