Improving, Increasing Club Publicity Topic of 2008 District Conference Presentation

“Dress for Success” Theme of Convention 2008 Service-on-Site Project

At every convention, a special Service-on-Site project is planned, and Quota's upcoming convention in San Jose, California, U.S.A., July 11 to July 14, 2008, will assist disadvantaged women who are trying to jump-start a career. Convention attendees will be invited to bring gently worn or new professional clothing to donate. To learn more about Convention 2008 plans, click here.

New Centennial Service and Growth Program Encourages Quota Service Worldwide

Quota's new Centennial Service and Growth Program uses service as the hook for launching new clubs in new Quota communities, and now a manual that will help you learn how to organize a new club from start to finish is available on-line. This new program offers a U.S.$1,500 payment to the successful organizer who charters a new club with 20 new members, and an additional U.S.$500 payment if the new club retains its charter strength when making its first annual dues payment. The goal of this program is to launch 100 new clubs by Quota International's 100th birthday in 2019. To learn more about this new program and print a copy of the new manual, click here.

Improving, Increasing Club Publicity Topic of 2008 District Conference Presentation

Plan now to attend your district's 2008 annual conference where the centerpiece of your international representative's presentation will be a workshop program designed to help your club create a new plan of action for its publicity efforts. Why is publicity important? It's a way to reach out to people in need AND to people who can help you in your efforts to help others. Great publicity can help your club recruit new members, improve fund-raising success, and increase its profile in your Quota community. The We Share Foundation can help your club with its publicity efforts through resources available on-line. To learn more, click here.
