    Adopt a Highway

As part of their community service, the Cambridge Quota club has been actively involved in the State of Maryland's "Adopt a Highway" program for 10 years. Several times each year, members don gloves and brightly colored vests to help "Make Maryland Beautiful" by picking up litter on a one-mile stretch of busy Highway 50.

    Both sides.

It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it!

Club members have a great time enjoying one another's company, having fun conversation, and helping the community—all at the same time.

This image of Quota volunteers in action received Third Place in judging by White House photographers. The Cambridge club will receive U.S.$250 from the We Share Foundation for donation to the Club-to-Club World Service Project of their choice.
