    Event Schedule

    2:00 - 5:00 p.m.
    decoration committee arrives / sets up for event /
    silent auction team sets up auction table / Quota
    informational booth is set up

    5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
    members finish party preparations

    6:00 - 7:15 p.m.
    guest arrival and check in / cocktail hour /
    both bars are open / raffle team actively sells raffle tickets / silent auction bidding by guests / accordion player entertains guests

    7:15 p.m.
    presidential welcome and invitation to sit down for dinner

    7:20 p.m.
    dinner is served, larger bar remains open for the remainder of the event

    7:35 p.m.
    10-minute warning to closing of the auction

    7:40 p.m.
    5-minute warning to closing of the auction

    7:45 p.m.
    silent auction closes

    7:45 p.m. or when dessert is being served
    Julie (president) talks about Quota and introduces guest speaker / gives talk (10 min) and presents postcard cash
    donation program (5 min)

    8:15 - 10:00 p.m.
    bingo team sells bingo cards to guests, BINGO GAMES (4 raffle prize drawings in between bingo games 2,4,6,8.) / auction team totals silent auction forms and helps guests check out early during bingo games

    10:00 p.m.
    bingo is over / auction team makes sure all auction items have been paid for and picked up

    10:15 - 10:45 p.m.
    clean-up and departure by all Quota members
