Justin Drawbaugh

Justin Drawbaugh finished his education at the Rochester Institute for the Deaf, thanks in part to a scholarship from the York Quota club. Justin is pictured here receiving his scholarship check from Nancy Thompson, chairperson of the York Quota Club's Scholarship Program.

In addition, the club also supported two other students at the Institute, Amanda Blymire and Theresa Humbert.
