David Pluta

A graduate of Boston College in psychology, David Pluta dreamed of becoming a rehabilitation counselor for deaf and hard of hearing persons. He enrolled in a master's degree program geared toward that field at Springfield College, and the local Quota club was there to help.

Springfield Quota supported David's dream with a club scholarship grant.
