Communicating in Sign

The Preston County Quota club in West Virginia, U.S.A., communicates with local residents in sign—a billboard sign, that is.

During May, which is Hearing and Speech Month, the club sponsors a billboard along busy Route 7, the main thoroughfare into town. A local graphic artist created the design for a combined service project and Quota publicity bonanza.
