2005 Quota Cares Month Winners

Strengthening team spirit, recruiting new members, and increasing club visibility all in a single month sounds like an enormous task. However, the winners of the We Share Foundation 2005 Quota Cares Month Competition proved that it's possible through creative service projects.

Every March, Quota clubs are invited to plan one capstone event—a service project or a fund-raiser—giving attention not only to programming, but also to recruitment, fund-raising, and public awareness activities in connection with their project.

This year's submissions proved that Quotarians were very busy last March. Whether they raised money for defibrillators or the Boys and Girls Club, promoted literacy by donating books and reading to children, sewed heart-shaped pillows for breast-cancer survivors, or implemented another creative idea, each of these clubs had one thing in common: a commitment to Quota's ideals of fellowship and service.
